Booking Security Payments

To finalise and secure your reservation credit card details are required, whereby your card details shall be held securely until the end of your booked stay, not charged prior to your arrival and only to be used in the event of a late cancellation of all or part of the booking.

For large bookings totalling over £700, a non-refundable deposit payment equal to 20% of the total room cost is required at the time of booking.

 

Final payment may be settled at check-in or prior to the final morning of the stay.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.  The details required are:

1. Name as shown on card, 

2. Long card number 

3. Expiry date 

4. CVV security number.
