Check-in: 13:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs

Self check-in is available from 13:00 hrs (1 pm) to 22:00 hrs (10:00 pm) with prior notice. Your host will greet you as soon as available to do so.

Individual house entry code will be issued before the date of arrival and will be active only for the period of the booked stay.

Luggage drop-off is possible earlier than 1 pm with prior request.

Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least the day prior to your stay.
Check-out: 11:00 hrs

Please be ready to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure.

Guests' are welcome to leave luggage with us on the day of check-out if necessary and return later that day to collect.

Late check-outs are only possible when circumstances on the day allow, and would incur a fee of £15 per hour.

The accommodation is to be left tidy with all waste place in the bins provided (see conduct & damages).

Breakfast & Self-Catering Facilities

Complimentary self-serve continental breakfast items are provided for short-term bookings.

Guests have access to shared kitchen facilities (Sarah apartment has private kitchen facilities) with essential amenities provided.
Payments

Upon making a booking a non-refundable deposit payment is usually required to secure the reservation. Either £10 per room for short stays, or £50 per room for stays over 5 nights.

The card details used to secure the booking are held for 48 hours after the booked stay is complete, or until all outstanding payments are settled.

Final payment for your stay may be settled automatically within the 48-hours prior to the date of arrival, at check-in, or prior to the last day of your stay.

We accept cash sterling (£) or Euros at check-in, as well as NFC payments and all major credit/debit cards (excluding Solo). Advance payments can be settled with the stored card details provided during the booking process, any other credit/debit card via a secure payment link, or alternatively via a bank transfer with all fees covered by the payer when applicable.

Checks and other foreign currencies are not accepted.
Parking

We have space for 3 regular sized cars in our off-street car park. These spaces are reservable in advance by request and subject to availability.

Street parking is free on Castle Hill Road and Laureston Place overnight from 3:30 pm to 10:30 am the following day. There are no street parking restrictions on Sundays.

From 10:30 am to 3:30 pm a visitor permit is required which can be purchased from us for £4 per day.
Children & Babies

Unfortunately, our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of four during busy times of the year.
Pets
-
Sorry, but due to allergies we do not allow pets in our B&B.
Accessibility
Our Grade II listed Georgian townhouse has rooms on each of it's 5 floors. Ground-level rooms may be suitable for those with restricted mobility, however, our facilities are sadly not suitable for wheelchair use. If you have mobility issues and would like a ground-level room, then please call us when booking to ensure the accommodation booked is suitable for your needs.
