Arrivals and check-ins are available from 4 pm until 10 pm.
All guests must give notice of approximate 1-hour arrival time slot before the date of check-in.
We provide a free luggage drop-off service from 11 am to 1 pm.
Please note that no arrivals are currently possible outside of these hours.

Please be ready to vacate your room by 10.30 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean as possible. If not already done so you must settle your bill in full before departure. If you have made use of any further service for which payment has not been made during your stay, we will add this to your invoice.
Payment is to be settled at check-in or soon after. We accept cash sterling (£) or Euros (€), as well as all major credit/debit cards (excluding Solo) and NFC contactless payments (Apple/Google Pay).
Advance payments, including deposits, are to be made with a credit/debit card over the telephone or via a mobile SMS link to a secure payment gateway, or alternatively via a bank transfer with all fees covered by the payer when applicable.
We have space for five regular sized cars in our off-street car park which are offered to guests on arrival subject to availability. Spaces are non-reservable. If our car park is full then currently there is free unrestricted parking on Laureston Place, or free but time restricted parking on Castle Hill Rd.
Choice of room
If you would like a specific room for your stay, we will do our best to provide this. However, we do reserve the right to move you without prior notice to an alternative that is appropriate to the numbers in your party if necessary.
Children & Babies
Unfortunately, our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of four during busy times of the year.
Sorry, but due to allergies we do not allow pets in our B&B.
Our Grade II listed Georgian townhouse has LOTS of stairs and NO LIFT. We do have ground-level rooms which are suitable for those with restricted mobility, however, our facilities are sadly not suitable for wheelchair use. If you have mobility issues and would like a ground-level room, then please call us when booking to ensure the accommodation booked is suitable for your needs.
